Garrett is the CEO and Co-Founder at Directive, a next-gen performance marketing agency for software companies.

Since its founding in 2014, Garret has led Directive in its expansion of five new locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Austin, Texas; and London, has led them to a 300% year-over-year growth rate and now boasts a team of more than 50 people over nine nationalities from its headquarters and home of operations.

As a thought leader, Garrett has been published by Salesforce, Moz, Marketo, Ahrefs, Convince & Convert, Search Engine Journal, and more. He’s also been a speaker at many conferences such as Digital Summit, State of Search, General Assembly, MozCon, and many more.
